Dr. Adam Galarza is an educator, coach, speaker, and the founder of Adam Galarza, LLC. His work rests on a simple belief: people grow when they feel seen, safe, and brave enough to try. Drawing on research, real-world business practice, and a lifetime on stage, he helps people and organizations show up more fully and write a bigger story.

A leadership scholar, talent development strategist, and performing arts professional, he works where education, entertainment, and organizational transformation meet — bridging immersive storytelling and high-impact learning design.

In the Classroom

As a professor of higher education, Dr. Galarza teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational leadership, professional development, and interdisciplinary studies. His academic focus includes learner engagement, professional identity formation, social-emotional learning, and innovative leadership strategy.

Inside Organizations

He designs and facilitates enterprise-level learning initiatives for large-scale, guest-facing organizations, strengthening employee engagement and building cultures of continuous growth. Partnering with teams across operations, marketing, communications, safety, and creative development gives him a systems-level view of guest experience, workforce performance, and organizational excellence.

On Stage

Dr. Galarza maintains an active performing arts career as a show and music director, producer, choreographer, actor, singer, and dancer. He has been a National Anthem soloist for the U.S. Air Force and a featured artist at the Department of Defense Warrior Games. He also judges at the district and state levels for the Florida State Thespian Competition and is a member of the International Thespian Society and Actors' Equity Association.
